A lot of times they'll classify it as "gang related" just b/c the two dudes just so happened to be affiliated with gangs. Hell, for all we know they were probably cool with each other.

but lets be real, that shyt is no different than any other dude who got mad at his neighbor for stealing his television and ends up fighting him after confronting him (even though in the 1st scenario somebody ends up getting killed ).

A lot of these killings in chicago nowadays are over stupid isolated incidents like this.
