I'm 29 and I'd say 90% of the chics I went to HS with and all of my boys are :flabbynsick shyt is disgusting to me and I don't understand it. I eat clean and hit the gym 3-5 times a week. I refuse to let myself fall off.

It recently dawned on me that chicks may age (28) are starting to lose there looks. I know on this site this can be taken the wrong way but I'm not trying to bash women it's just a sad realization for me. I'm not saying that all chicks are losing it but a good portion are and it kind of rattles me a little like damn I can't even fukk with chicks my own age anymore because they just got an older look starting to come on it's a little depressing. For some reason noticing this really hit home more so then other things that i'm getting old.

You want real depressing.....go to any African American church, you'll see a multitude of women like this and I'm not even saying it to throw shade. Its sad Most of those chicks got a double whammy because they're losing their looks, and they got kids. They gonna have a hard time finding a husband that's devoted to them and those kids aren't going to know what its like to have a father who loves and cares for them.

The few times I do go back to my old church (away at college in a diff. city), you'd think I'd be lying if I told you how many of these old ladies tried to hook me up with their daughters or their granddaughters, or how some of those chicks be friendly and shyt when we aint never talk in high school bytch, you like 23 with 3 kids. yeah diet, stress, drinking, and smoking are BIG in messing you up long term. Its not even so much not hitting the gym or working out as much as your lifestyle. You can be a relatively healthy person as long as you eat clean, limit your drinks, and not smoke.

Strangely enough I think most people fall into 3 extreme categories. The fat/lazy types are usually the ones who have a problem with drinking/smoking all the damn time.
