I wouldn't be worried about Chief getting dropped, CH is arguably more fukked up than Chief and Interscope didn't drop him so...

When a label drops an artist it doesn't necessarily mean they let them out of their contract...

Anytime you see an artist "leave" a label & go to another it usually means they owe that label money & have stopped getting support from them so another label has picked them up believing they are still profitable. Also means they still have to backpay their former label out of the money they make after paying back their new deal...

It's fukked up but most these artists live a nice life while sitting on the shelf... most usually only go flat broke around 4-5 years after signing their first deal...

Charles Hamilton may not have publicly gotten dropped but he still owes Interscope a couple hundred thousand...

I'm glad Chief Keef Flopped ... and I LOVE his album.

He still getting a shyt ton of money but it means his album hasn't gone "commercial" so his content wont change unless he is trying to sell out or jimmy iovine is gonna force him ... so I think thats good
