She's in another state about the distance of Texas from me. I called lawyers but they can't take the case as it will be in that state. I can't even attend court dates for the same reason. If I have time, like now I don't have money. If I have money, I don't have time. As someone said, if I relocated to another state, maybe I could get custody that way. fukk the Commonwealth of Virginia!
Don't have kids with women you dont care to keep around longer than a rump. I want real in depth studies on how child suppprt is utilized across the country.

Short term. Till she beat my ass, cursed out my parents, caused trouble in the same night.
She was a problem from the jump. She got in a fight with a church member who was preggo. Cursed the members out and I apologized for it being the man that I am. The whole situation was a tragic one. One I blamed myself a thousand times for. I tried to do right for my child. I tried everything but that woman had demons. Too many and she swear on everything that everyone else is the problem.
Another thing, don't come for me with that sob story nonsense. Not everyone took epic L's. I know few who have and I really feel for them and try my best to be there for them.
I even paid CS when I relocated. I always paid. Always. I always was on Skype. I was always their for the kid. I know you know a girl who got done dirty but that was NEVER the case here. I blame myself for believing another human being. That was my fault on that.
Here's another thing, CS is NOT taxed. Meaning, it's straight up cash for the custodial parent.
I am not saying your situation isnt real. In fact i acknowledge that these situations are real. I don't have a story of woman being done dirty. I am making my point that sexual irresponsibility has a lifetime of consequences. People think that sex is a casual activity but it isn't. The proof is all over this thread and in number of children who have been failed by either pr both parents. People laugh when i advocate for black people to take relationship counselling. But this is real....now you have the pay price indefinitely for impregnated an unfit woman.
This is bullshyt. If she claims she's making nothing and you are making the bulk of the money and she's doing fukk-girl PT jobs, how the hell are you going to make me the proivder for the child and the mother at the expense of my life. What if you live in Bumblefukk, KS and I live in Washington, DC. What that bytch sees from me in a week is more than she sees pretax in her area but take the money from me which puts me in an egregious situation.

You talking but I was like you at once. I didn't have sex till 19. I had a lot of options. I played college sports. Women liked me but I stuck to my values and morals till I turned 19 for other reasons. Then at 21, I decided I will wait for the one and didn't have sex for over 6 years. No lie. I told women off the bat that I was celibate and many didn't believe me till their learned I was tight with it. I dated mainly church girls or girls I knew were good girls. Moved, got depressed. Like really depressed. fukked up and now look at me. I moved from it but it still lingers. So don't talk to me about sexual irresponsibility. I knew then and practiced it but sometimes ppl fukk up and sometimes it's with the worst fukking ppl who you don't have no previous history with.
Like I said, I am one of the good guys. All my friends look at me like the angel. Don't think it can't happen to you.
My dad was a preacher at a large church. Saw him every other week. Used to take me on vacations and shyt. Gave me the worst advice of my life and he currently has like no friends.
When my mom died, I found out that he hadn't paid child support for 7 years give or take. We were living in a spot with bullets holes to match the roaches.
Found out later that my mom got out of the military so that she could be the stay at home type while he pursued his career - a year later my dad got kicked out of the military for blackmailing and extorting people while running his social work clinic/program
Nobody told me a thing about this until I was 18 and I got through burying my mom. They all said that they wanted me to have a good relationship with my dad despite the shyt that they all knew.

I mean... I always kinda knew he was a great guy until you got to know him but damn. I even kept trying to be cool with him. Dude legit talked about my mom like I wouldn't get offended once. Damn near knocked him the fukk out on Christmas day

But whatever - if he had paid some damn child support, maybe my mom and real parent wouldn't have had to work overtime to make sure I had money I needed to play AAU ball. Tons of cases like that. Anything can happen to anyone but having a child 9/10 is not a slip up. Having sex means theres a chance for pregnancy. Anyway... I am sorry I can tell that it hits a nerve.

A very close friend pays $1200 a month in child support. His BM, purposely decided to work part time to get more money. Not only is he on the hook for the flat amount but if she decides on day care he has to kick up 85% in addition to what he already pays. His mother is retired and has offered to watch his son. BM says no. Clearly fleecing him for as much $ as possible to spite him. Aside from the 3 days a week he is "allowed" visitation....he wants more time, BM says no, and only gives in when she "needs" a break.
These are the type of women this proposal is aimed at targeting. Now if you are a decent woman, have a good relationship with your BD then this doesn't apply to you. Why are some of the women in this thread so offended at such a thought? It can be, maybe measures can be abstinence but once you have sex and the other person is basically saying trust to trap you without you realize it and your not in the right head space, things can happen. Like I said, I did a lot of things I would NEVER do in 99% of my life. But for that small portion, I did just that. I remember where I was at, it was a very dark place.
The logical answer could be choose right but how easy is there in terrible situations. Not so easy. When you got life under control, it's easy to talk. Every easy. That's why guys like @marcuz was telling you to stfu in the murder thread of that woman. You simply don't understand or get it.
