A lot of you guys make it so obvious how rigid our male brain is. It really works in 1's and 0's for better or worse...in this case for worse.

Listen, you can't think about this in a strictly mathematical sense where the man pays for half of the childs expenses. In addition to buying clothes and food, the mother has to help the child do homework, organize birthday parties, solve conflict between siblings, take care of the child when it's sick, neglect her own social life etc. It's like a second job and she should of course be compensated for it by you since it's your baby. I'm not trying to for these hoes (and God knows there's a lot of them out there), but I was brought up by a single mother who raised a young black college educated man on her own.

This broke boy shyt honestly. I hate hearing about women spending money themselves but let's be realistic , the vast majority of chicks getting child support need it to maintain a quality of life for the kids.
If your babymom using your child support to buy weaves and go to the club that's a shame but ultimately that's your fault for nutting in a bum bytch.

Well, there are two sides to that story. Child support would be used to assist in paying for things related to supporting the child. That would include rent and utilities.

However, what if the woman lives at home with her mother? Then, what is she doing with that child support money? There's no rent or utilities. She's using food stamps (WIC, women infant children program) to buy food. Grandma is getting leached. What is baby momma spending the child support money on? I hope she isn't spending it on weaves, purses, jewelry, clothes for herself, expensive coffees and dinners for herself, lotto tickets, club/bar, coke/heroin/pot, and just anything else that isn't for child support.

In this case, grandma's income counts towards the equation as well.

The main problem that I have is that child support forces the noncustodial parent to pay up but the custodial parent doesn't have to qualify where the money is going. I know this because I go through it with my ex wife. However, custody battle is going down next year brehs. Get custody of my youngest while get money to my older kids through indirect support so that it can bypass the ex. I have many documented conversations on text, Google hangouts that I can produce in court that shows gross money mismanagement which in turn, neglect. You tell our kids that I need to buy bookbags around the same time you buy your nikka, who isn't working, a tattoo, I got something for you bytch. Exposal time for real.

They want financial support for themselves, not just for their children.

Nice idea in theory but extremely naive.

A few problems with this:

1. Money spent towards the child can go towards expenses like rent, mortgage, electrical bills, car payments, car repairs - things that you may think don't have anything to do with the child but affect where they live, how the mother can get to work/pick up the kid etc.

2. Often times, money towards the child living expenses for that month is already spent, so the parent may use the money that comes into child support to reimburse themselves for the other money they paid for the child already (groceries, doctor's visits etc) so they wouldn't be able to use the card to do this.

Think of times you've paid bills, have been behind and then have to wait until you can get your credit card to pay your other expenses.

The real problem is in the way child support laws are handled and that we have so many single parent households that need this money. The moral shift in society has caused this problem. And no, I'm not some nut job conservative, this is just a deeper issue that cannot be solved with a simple child care card.

How does this work? It takes two people to create a child. For every deadbeat dad, there's a money hungry baby mom.

No kids here but I personally know a few nikkas trying to get sole custody or at least trying to adjust the current custodial visitation rights.
shyt is real hard, and in these particular situations the women play keep away with the git like its really a game.

And dont act like its easy for the man to get custody. The bar is so low for women but yet so high for men. You damn near gotta
prove that your BM is a legit crackhead or a child rapist to get custody. While the man gotta be making way more than the women, cant have a record, and pretty much gotta

I been preaching the get full custody brehs shyt. I agree that men need to be in their childs life everyday, but I know just as many sisters who use child support to pay the note on they Altima or go by a fit for the club as I do cats who are deadbeats and dont take care of their children. Both sides of this argument have some fault in this.
