I'm in the same exact position. My BM doesn't work and has been threatening child support for a year now among the other usual threats and demands. On top of all that she demands I pay her rent...Which is interesting because my kids place of residence is my address...her insurance is covered under me and her mom does not have a job
when i told my lawyer...he didand said tell her "maybe I will put you on child support"
Oh well
I'm thinking about whether I should lawyer up or go down to the family court or do both?
Her not being unemployed sounds like it would work against me...
