People really think “manufacturing” will bring jobs back

Plants like this used to be maybe 5-10 engineers, about 80 factory floor employees then about 20 office, secretary business type of people.

All they’ll need is about 5-10 engineers, 5-10 from the front office including the C-Suite. You’ll barely need a human on the factory floor.

CEO’s don’t care about employees, they don’t care about the world or solving real world problems. They care about money. They only “cared” about employees because they made them money.

Same thing you see with Republicans and Military. They don’t care about the soldiers, they only care about what the soldiers do for them.

People don’t know they’re being played, the smart know they are and are saving money or making themselves invaluable.
