China seems to have to filter and its populace seems to have no concept of individual freedoms and privacy. There is no way a large number of parents in America would accept their children being monitored in this manner.

Everytime people from my job go there for work events they complain...and it's always the same complaints: it's filthy, and the people you interact with are terrible. Obviously most big cities are dirty to some degree, but I'm talking about the AIR. Everyone who goes complains about the smog and how it impacts everything, especially food if you'r eating outside.
Then the people...everyone I've talked to complains about the classless the masses there are. Rude, dirty, disgusting, etc...I've heard it all.
Honestly the only two places I've heard universal or near universal complaints from coworkers are China and India. A coworker/intern of mine almost got raped in India and still said China was worse.

"All this numbers talk...i once read that "numbers are the religion of white people" ...i cant recall the source, but it is in fact a profound statement. They play so many games with numbers...for instance; like everyone is well or at least generally aware of homicide statistics for the nearest major city like its a sports figure or some shyt....but suicide numbers...(not so )mysteriously obscure and damn sure not publicized.
How many jobs (means of living, to be clear) are out there where you get accessed in a inhumane manner...where your performance review is limited to a set of numbers?!

But as ive said in other instances, theres been a conspicuous uptick in anti chinese media reportings (anti Chinese empire, in particular)...wouldnt be surprised if some seemingly organic anti Chinese government demonstrations pop up out here somewhere down the line

Classic American deflection attitudes. Americans love to be ignorant and judge places they've never been based on what they've heard and act like it's facts.
And let's be real, Amerikkka has no room to talk about hellholes. Angola prison in Louisana looking like a modern plantation. Major American cities like Baltimore and Detroit are basically ruins of a society that has embraced deindustrialization. The rampant drug addiction in Amerikkka. The widespread gun violence in every big city. The fact that white folks in power can so easily socially engineer black people and other minorities to act and behave a certain way.
The culture of ignorance and fostering lack of civic responsibility. The bread and circuses culture of knowing every last detail about your favorite NFL/NBA teams and players but not knowing shyt about what goes on in your own city, state and country despite having a world of knowledge at your fingertips thanks to technology. 
But it's easier to point at another culture on the other side of the world we know nothing about from first hand experience as being deviant because it ain't Amerikkkan. 
Bet mawfukkers over there ain't four hundred pounds just finished eating their 5th Big Mac of the day riding a scooter through Walmart strapped with an 9mm ready to shoot anybody for anything with a meth/dope problem either.
