China is calling BS on the "aid industry" that's been in effect by Western countries for decades.
Foreign aid is a sham as it relates to Black countries. If you read how the money is dispersed and ho it goes to , you'll see how much of a hustle it's been and why the countries they are "helping" remain poor decade after decade.

Chinese system is designed to benefit the govt. of China (as it should) but the building up of infrastructure potentially benefits the country that are investing in.Roads, railroads, ports,light,plumbing otherwise would NOT be built or maintained in these countries.
Chinese import materials and their own workers because there are consequences and repercussions for these workers back home if they F up, skim, or don't do the EXACT job that they are there to do. They also don't have to train workers and delay production.

This is business we are talking about, there is no love involved and no one is pretending to be doing this stuff to help others.

Its the difference between say Ethiopia and Zimbabwe in having good/bad deals with China.

I have no problem with this deal. China gets access to commodities and their folks work and Haiti gets infrastructure.

The key for Haiti is making sure the infrastructure is durable.

It's was easy for Jamaicans to walk from the deal, selling the bauxite plant was pure foolishness beyond belief no amount of money is suppose to make you give you primary leading export! Deal wouldn't of happened if the corrupt didnt want it to happen.

I don't know the details of the deal cause some one usually has an edge but at the same time I see a lot of idiotic post in here.
It is best to do a deal among ourselves but that is idealistic and that shyt doesn't happen in the real world.

I rather do a deal with Chinese people any day of the week than white people. The amount of African brothers doing business in China is ridiculous!
