From my understanding, China is investing 30 billion into Haiti. This leads me to question why? It's definitely not from the goodness of Chinese officials hearts.
I saw a reference with the support of the Chinese and the black panther party. It did happen, but I really feel like this was a ploy by the Chinese. This was a chance to gain allies in large numbers within a enemy territory at a very critical point in US history. Plus the Chinese never did anything besides take pictures with BP Leaders and say we support.
Fast forward to today, you got Chinese people mopping the floors with black people and showing straight disrespect.
Just looking at my limited knowledge on history something seems up.

Why is China investing so heavily in a small landlocked African country with few natural resources?
I can't speak for any other country, but here is what they've done here.
