I mean.... It took like 20 seconds before he got booted... So his caretaker really wasn't paying ANY attention to him. Can't blame the horse

What makes it most obvious is how quick they came to him after being kicked.
I.E. we know they were standing right there.
....actually why did the MF holding the camera sit there after the first kick?
