I don't get that, Elmhurst is already mostly Latino (unless the Latinos coming in are Puerto Ricans and Dominicans as opposed to the Latino population that's already there). Regardless, this kind of behavior is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing this. I can kinda see someone not being happy that a homeless shelter is being created in their neighborhood, but this reaction was over the top.

i always wondered why cacs give hispanics so much shyt for not learning english, but look the other way when it comes to asians. alot of them flat out refuse to learn english. go to chinatown or multiple brooklyn neighborhoods, alot of those asians have been here for decades and dont know a single word of english, yet cacs dont say shyt. at least some hispanics try to learn english, yet cacs come after them (probably because they are poorer and hold less power)

Yeah honestly I don't think I've met a Latino in the US who couldn't speak any English. But there are far more Latinos than Asians in the US, and the wave of immigration over the last few decades has been primarily associated with Latinos. Since you mention Brooklyn though, I don't think most cacs there talk down on Latinos or anyone else for not speaking English, from my experience at least.

with other minority groups, they see that economically Blacks are down and hated by cacs but have great influence still and dictate the course of many things..they want the spot Blacks occupy. these people unlike many weary Blacks are still clamoring for the affections of cacs. These people, latinos and asians have never and will never be allies to Blacks. They are trying to build with cacs whereas Blacks arent trying to even see a cac, we are far from being on the same page. I hope the asians go marching and a war break out so we can burn them out the hood once and for all..
