yup. you can check out their twitter's (williamsburg, borough park, and flatbush have ones). you'll see plenty of pics of them arresting black and hispanic suspects, even some cacs. but you sure as hell wont see them arresting any jews, even though they patrol primarily jewish neighborhoods
