yeah its possible for mexicans/salvadorans to sound like that and i've met a few and they were usually raised in predominately white suburbs but very few blacks(african-americans) can actually sound like middle class white american people
i've also met 2nd generation ethnic africans(nigerians/ethiopians/somalis) that sound white but rarely african-americans

African-Americans have been speaking in almost exclusively English for quite some time now, so there's a dialect associated with how they speak English. Even if a black guy grew up in Bumblefukk, Wyoming, the way he speaks is still influenced by his African-American family members. If a Chinese or Salvadoran family were to move to the same bumblefukk town, their kids would most likely sound "white" because they use most of their English among white people.
As for your other point, that is interesting, I think the same thing applies to many black Brits. Maybe it's because I'm not British, but I don't think Idris Elba's British Accent sounds any different from that of white Brits.

They've been shyts for a long time now so it shouldn't surprise anyone (especially AA's). It's the same story over and over. First chance other groups get their "something kinda like white card" in the mail they turn on us....they always do. I'm still waiting for that war with China. If/when that pops all those Asians are gonna get it (just like Arabs on 9/11 but worse). Nothing but wailing, sackcloth and copping pleas ("bu, bu, but...I'm Korean!) when whites collectively break bad on them.

Black bodies are still looked at as a commodity or waste, if they aint making money off your body then you have no purpose or rights.
