Vick moves the offense down the field better, but Foles is better in the red zone because of his quick decision making.
I know that is the headline that everyone keeps talking about but how exactly can a declaration of Foles' unstoppable red zone prowess actually be made based off of one and a half games against the dregs of the NFL?
That has more to do with Vick being dreadful in the red zone (and he is) than Foles being special.
