I'm pissed off that the driver only got charged with suspicion of second degree murder and not domestic terrorism

It should have been domestic terrorism and 23 attempted murder counts or however many people were in front and behind his car and first degree murder. They are staying on code don't want white American men to ever be seen as terrorists. Saw the former DA of VA on CNN staying on code saying " we can handle this at a state level why does it need to be a federal terrorism charge?" Evil man even defended Trumps many sides fence straddling comments, saying the death hadn't been announced but they corrected him and he played dumb.
