Eddie started abusing after his car accident in WCW...when he turned heel it was obvious, even Heenan made mention of it without blatantly saying it. I can't remember the match though

yeah man eddie its more noticeable, first saw eddie in wwe 2000 with the radicals and just seeing his growth from then till 05 was crazy
Also think about how long they wrestled and the drug abuse add on their size they weren't meant to last . Xpac said on his podcast how even at house shows they were going full speed and sacrificing their bodies . It's like that workethic that made them great also did them in

Yup. Chavo said he had a work out and breakfast w/ Eddie that morning and Eddie was real upbeat and excited about the plans Vince had for him (the rumored title win and rumored feud with HBK perhaps?) and then went up to get ready to go to the arena. That was the last time anyone saw him alive.
As for Jericho and Benoit, I think he said in one his books that when he heard Benoit, Nancy, and Daniel were found dead, he immediately knew that Benoit probably did the deed, but was hoping that wasn't the case. Sadly, it was.

I always though Chris killed them both, because of Nancy getting up into Chris face. With Chris brain damage he wasn't able to control it anymore, and killed Nancy out of spite and then killed his kid because he thought he shouldn't have to live with the pain of not having a Mother.
Chris placed bibles next to them, saying he was sorry and just being a wreck. Crying and just finding his life just shattered from what he did, as he knew he was a monster and it came out. So he hung himself off because he felt like it was the only right thing to do.
