how is it a benefit though? he has medical insurance just like most of us who have jobs. the problem with a lot of people is that they hate going to the dr. bosh felt pain. he went to the doctor just like any of us could have done. has nothing to do with being an athlete.

Oh. Is he in a normal hospital? I may have missed that part

Ummm ... people who have jobs are often bankrupted by serious medical issues.

When you have millions of dollars, it ain't shyt to go to the doctor. When you're living paycheck to paycheck, which many do, going to the doctor and paying a couple hundred bucks off the bat just to get an appointment is something many prefer to avoid. Or they wait to see if they get better before going to an appointment and sometimes, it's too late.

your right. thats why i use my flexible spending account. that thing is a god send. pre tax money too. insurance usually covers around 80 percent of the bill. doctor appts, dentist and eye doctors. i get everything i need with my fsa account. Bandaids, condoms, all that stuff
