The Spurs are only champions because the NBA didn't want the fan's morale to go down. They also could improve their international fanbase at the same time. The defense and effort that the Heat displayed and Lebron's demeanor throughout the entire finals was not a coincidence. A/c incident ( unusual), Cramps in the 4th quarter (unusual), Heat's effort (unusual). Lebron's demeanor about winning (unusual). RIGGED. If the Heat would of completed a 3 peat and then picked up big free agents, Heat haters (a lot of the the nba's fanbase) would rage and boycott. Your team won a championship because the NBA is like the WWE. Get ready for this pre planned championship run from Lebron/ w Melo becoming a champ at the same damn time.

:what: :wtf:

when jodie makes gets 6 mil a year and gortat gets 12 mil a year, bosh can't look himself in the mirror and ask for less than 15

i dont know why yall acting like bosh won't give you an efficient 22 and 10 on a winning team if he got more touches

Sah, breh. If Jodie Meeks gets 6 mil a year and Gortat gets 12 mil a year, do you think Bosh could look at himself in the mirror and ask for less than 15? :dwillhuh:

Also, do you think Bosh would give you an efficient 22 and 10 on a winning team if he got more touches? :dwillhuh:

There is nothing newsworthy about him wanting this. I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted the max. :yeshrug: What would be noteworthy is if the Heat were dumb enough to give him anywhere near that. Pay $15 mil for PF that doesn't rebound or defend inside when your biggest weaknesses are rebounding and interior defense brehs. :mjlol:

:comeon: at dudes hyping this guy up.

I'll wait until the actual deals are signed.

If these guys wanna actually stay and compete for titles then they know what they gotta do.

Yeah but I clearly said if they wanna stay...
Maybe they do wanna stay but at what cost?

This is why I was extremely critical of Wade opting out. A few minutes after he does so, his good buddy got rumors flying around him about wanting the max. And he deserves it more than any player in any sport. But it will handicap the shyt outta the other two guys.

I'm not saying the Heats are done, but shyt looking kinda funny right now.

....thats what I'm saying though lol
And that's why I'm saying I'll wait till the offical word comes out on the deals because they all know if they wanna compete in Miami for titles, really none of them can take any max or close to deal. If they really wanna look at the Lowrys, Gortarts of the crop (and thats even if they want to play with the Heat) then they gotta take less. If not then they'll have the same situation as this year with older big name players signing for the vet min. That would mean maybe getting a Shawn Marion or Vince Carter (and im not even sure about that seeing as Dallas might be willing to pay both more)

So lets wait and see, this is all the usual rumour stuff that comes with this team.

My goddamn self. Shout out to my real Africans
ya dudes really drinking that cool aid that was reported that players will make extra money by winning and getting endorsement deals. Unless you're a Superstar, you're not making that much money off the court.

But but Riley Da Don has an account in the Caymans for the Big 3s under the table money.

Would have no problem paying him that if Spo dumb ass used him more instead of wasting his talent and if he could rebound and defend the post and protect the rim. If you pay Bosh that much you gotta have a defensive big next to him. Since they dont have that when they pay the big 3 their issues will still remain.

Bosh is the single best pick and roll defender in the entire league...his mobility and quickness is an irreplaceable part of what made the heat's defense effective during their current run...and his versatility on offense is the key to the revamped small-ball offense that shot their offensive efficiency into the stratosphere after what was bit of a struggle (relatively speaking) in the first year...he's up there with melo as the most disrespected star players in the league right now...to ask that guy, who has already sacrificed so much already, to take ANOTHER pay cut to upwards of 7, 8 million a year is an ultimate slap in the face..i understand wanting to win, but to me it wouldn't be worth it...you're losing $ and falling victim to this strange phenomenon that magically turns the perception of any player teamed up with lebron into that of some bum ass role player that the king is burdened with carrying...it's not like bosh is getting any kind of credit or "legacy points" whatsoever for winning rings in MIA, he went from being considered the best pf in the league to people acting like he's big baby davis or something in the span of 4 years...he's an elite defender capable of giving you 20plus a game still in his prime and people are scoffing at him asking for more than 1 or 2 mil per year than Gortat :pachaha: ...if somebody like houston were to pry him away from the heat by actually paying him what he's worth, they'll fukk around and win the chip next year (bosh's pnr defense and floor spacing paired with d12 rim protection and harden flop trolling to 20 ft's a game = :lupe:)
