I used to have these smh. shyt is the worst feeling ever.

havent had one in 3 years but the feeling after is Woat, headache naussea and the aching/soreness taking a few days to recover..that shyt will have you revaluating life...btw this could happen to anyone even if your perfectly healthy and never tried a drug in yo life....drug abuse definitely heightens it though especially halluconigens.....i know mines had to do with lack of sleep and rest back when i was going hard with the partying, but its still hard to determine an exact cause....
