I mean Sarver is legit in the run of the worst sports franchise owners in the country....We didn't expect them to blow up like that this season. But they did...If Sarver is serious about the suns competing for titles he may need to resign Paul...If he's comfortable with them being a playoff team he can let him go as Paul will most def not be worth what he will receive.
Sarver gonna let CP3 walk and then watch Devin Booker demand a trade.

Nahhhh it's been rumors for months that some teams will throw him 3 years/$100 million even if you have to eat the last year as a lost. What CP3 did for Phoenix this year is the exact reason Lowry is about to get paid more than he would have otherwise had Phoenix not made the Finals.

Okay...well they gonna have to show me. :ehh:

Whichever team gives him the 3 is going to have to eat the last of it regardless. Just push as much of it as you can into the first two years :yeshrug:

Payne is better served being a backup PG rather than a starter, so that’s not a viable option. If Lowry gets the 3, then I think bites the bullet on CP3 considering there’s only a one year age difference between both of them.

Gang violence...
he's only worth one year at the absolute max. anything involving multiple years needs to be at a discount. his hands looked like they had arthritis in the finals

If the lakers where healthy the suns would have gone home in the 1st round and this wouldn't even be a conversation...

All this talk about how great the suns are and they played exactly one team in the playoffs that wasn't missing one of its best 2 players...and lost to it.

Will they be so fortunate next year, to play injured teams back to back to back ? I don't thinks so.

Ehhh one of those injured teams beat the #1 team in the league and someone who washed the majority of teams that they played during the regular season, so let’s give Phoenix some credit.

They get credit for beating the teams they were supposed to beat, since those teams were hurt. But people are trying to make it seem like if the suns don't resign Chris their championship window is closed. It was never opened to begin with. They don't even have a window.

Jsut give him the 3 year 100 mill with the last two years only partially guaranteed.

Win win for both.

At the worst cp3 will at least get 40 million jsut like the final year of this current contract
