Can we officially start the Chris Rock's New Special Joke writing thread?

"When some people's wives go to the grocery store, they bring a list. When my wife goes to the grocery store, she brings a lawyer. 'Yeah, in the future, I'm gonna need some grapes and pears, put that down for 80,000".

I always get a little mad when I read about shyt like this...

And no I'm not saying that her 20 years of marriage, house rearing, and child raising means nothing. I'd NEVER say that or think that..

But THIRTY FIVE MILLION DOLLARS of HIS money!!??!??!!:mindblown:

fukking bullshyt, there should absolutely be a cap. Nothing entitles a woman to HALF of ANYTHING a man works his ass off for just because you are getting a divorce. Their should be a cap on it. I wouldn't even be too mad if lets say in this particular instance she got 10-15 million. Ok so you quit your career to raise my children and do charity work, I'm not belittling that. 10-15 million, PLUS all of the contacts and connections you have undoubtedly made from your association with me is well within reason to put you in a position where you can succeed on your own. Hell I'll even throw in a car. That is MORE than fair. Bu this HALF shyt plus ailimony bullshyt gotta go:camby:

TO each his own....but I would never get married as a celebrity who is worth millions....the only way I can see that happening is if I met her before the fame. And according to the article they married in 96', so I guess that was before he had any real money.

1. I wish I could think of a good reason.
2. Still no luck.
3. I really don't know man.
4. Wow....still striking out.
5. I tried. I really did.

I'm not in the "get married brehs" movement and above all else I will say a two parent household will ALWAYS be preferable when it comes to raising children but goddamn if some of these laws aren't antiquated, sexist, and unfair as shyt.

HE filed for divorce.

When someone starts an "argument" with ad hominem attacks their position is no longer relevant.

@chkmeout The only "sorry ass bytch" is the one who decided to give birth to you instead of swallowing you.

Problem? Whether the decision was mutual or his was he not in the position of leader/provider and she in the position of homemaker? In either situation he wanted to be the leader and he was the leader/provider, so I'm not seeing your point.
Chris DID NOT file for divorce. His wife did. You're spreading misinformation and lies in here like that other broad @Panthera
