it can't be a virus I literally just reinstalled windows because my memory card shytted. I just downloaded chrome fresh and it happened right away.

When installing programs...i suggest you read what other settings you're making on your computer

Yea I know what you mean, nah man, Im pretty sure. Everything is so fresh on this computer the only thing I installed was utorrent and they aren't associated with conduit. anyways regardless, I went into setting and removed it, so now when I open chrome it DOES go to google.com now, however, when I hit new tab, it's going back to conduit.

Cool, just make sure you don't install the Vuze search bar either.
I found an easier way to get rid of it, the problem was I was looking for the extension in chromes settings, which wasnt there cause I removed it all, but in fact you have to go into uninstall programs in the control panel, its actually embedded in the comp, not just the browser. It's gone now.
