If you playing 2K it make sense to keep Derozan on the bench, hell if you trying to win that particular game you keep him on the bench but by doing so you lose him for the rest of your tenure. It's a two way relationship. How many times has Derozan bailed out Casey after he called a horrible game, if that's the horse you rode to the game then you ride him down the home stretch too. Shaq used to cry when they would take him out during hack a Shaq periods screaming that he would make them (free throws) when they counted. So you know he woulda been sensitive to being benched the entire quarter.
