theres plenty of other teams with not good o lines, or sub par defenses etc. your average coach at this level knows enough to scheme around that. play to the strengths of the team. o line sucks ass? move the pocket, draw up quicker routes to get rid of the ball faster, play tempo to keep the other team from rotating front guys etc. him and his shytty ass staff do nothing. same ol shyt week in and week out. they are calling 7 step drops constantly like they got the 90s cowboys line to stand behind. zero schematic adjustments at any point of the game. awful game plans. awful in game decisions. team is inept from the top all the way to the bottom

@The Taxman @Lootpack

Last time Indy had a shot at hiring a HC these were the candidates they came up with:

Brad Childress :mjlol:
Marc Trestman :pacspit:
Chuck Pagano :camby:
Mike Zimmer :to:
Jim Tressel :mindblown:
Peter Carmichael (was and still is Saints OC)
Jerry Gray (at the time was a DC, now a DB coach)

Outside of Zimmer, list was trash. My one fear about firing Pagano is that there's no telling who Irsay is going to try to get as a replacement.

I mean, I wanted him to go big. Saban is getting bored imo. If he wins another 1, he can probably be had. Just give him full control and let him do what he wants.

Also, Gruden apparently wont have his contract demands met by espn.

My biggest problem w/ Orsay is that he wants to be a Lil Jerry Jones. He wants a coach that he can control imo. But Jerry was smart to hire real coordinators. He didnt let Garrett pick his friends to work w/.

Im also down on Luck at the moment :francis:

And for the record, I've always been high on Mike Zimmer. Ever since I saw him on Hard Knocks w/ the Bengals.

Now, 1 name I hear and I want no parts of is David Shaw. That would scare me. But I think a dying plant would be a better coach than Pagano.

saban probably gets calls from a dozen teams every year. if he goes back to the NFL, it's not going to be for your drunk owner. every time the camera showed him yesterday, he looked like he was shaking from the anxiety of not having a drink.

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
Did you see him call a timeout and then allow a shotgun pass play on 4th and 1 earlier in the game? Instead of kicking the fg.
Dude blew a timeout (that Indy ended up needing towards the end) and still despite having extra time made the wrong choice.

Like I said earlier this season, I'm down with Indy losing out if it means he won't be HC anymore.
It wasn't even 4th and 1...it was 4th and inches AND you have Frank fukking Gore :mindblown:

When he went for it earlier in the game instead of kicking a chip shot field goal when Colts had a 4 point lead I was like :mindblown:

On top of that, they went shotgun on 4th and inches. :mjlol:

It was a foregone conclusion he would be fired after last season, and for some damn reason, they extended him. They should fire him but they're kind of stuck with him giving him that extension.
