It's just odd for a single man to own a cat. There's nothing really wrong with it.

Cats are very low maintenance pets. I’ve always had dogs but when I moved out on my own, I wasn’t home enough to have a dog. Working and hoeing around kept me using my house as just a pit stop. I couldn’t have a dog. So I got a cat. She took care of herself I had an auto feeder, auto water tank and auto litter box. She had the place to herself and didn’t need my attention. She was cool.

Not like having a dog. My dogs are like my homies. But the cat was like chill roommate I see in passing. One time I left her litter box on the patio the whole weekend and when I came home, she was running around, spazzing out when I wasn’t sure why until I realized I had closed the door that I normally left open for her and she didn’t pee or poop in the house once. She just looked at me when she ran the litter box like I wasn’t shyt lol
