Got the Atlanta yesterday and the Uber price had the audacity to tell me it would be $75 dollars to get to my hotel. Never seen these prices for Uber in ATL before and the other people waiting for Uber agreed.

i saw the ATL subway was only 2.50-3.50. Ran on that shyt and took it to where I had to go and then took a uber the rest of the way for $15.


I saved $57 dollars and the trip was only 20 minutes longer than it would have been using uber.


Sorry but as frugal person I can’t convince myself to use another option of option B is going to save a significant amount of money.


On the ATL subway I saw a group of preppy white boys and girls from Long Island who were in town for some competition. Rich kids so I didn’t feel bad at all

Nah just when it’s time it routes someone there to scoop you, it don’t even gotta be a day before, it can be like 15 minutes before and it’ll still cancel out the surge

definitely a money saver. but it depends on what time I'm flying. I'm not trying to walk to or from the train at 10pm tho with a suitcase to the crib.

but if its day time, I have no problem taking public transportation for a grand total of $2.50 to the airport.

a lot of cities gouge u to take uber to or from the airport with a airport surcharge. so I typically don't use uber to go to the airports.

hell, it's actually cheaper to drive to the airport and park across the street for $30 vs paying for uber.
