Breh come down here for Mardi Gras lol! I’m really trying to get the black culture down here documented, it’s unique from other places. But that’s what’s so beautiful out here. All the black communities down here have distinct identities and as you live down here you begin to be able to tell the difference. I can tell where someone is from by their dialect. Different foods, different music, different traditions. But a shared love for each other (outside of dumb shyt). I go fishing out in Pascagoula often.

shyt I been thinking about coming down that Fat Tuesday. A breh of mine will be sponsoring a float in one of the Biloxi parades, and told me to come on down.
Documenting the culture down that way would be dope. I’m not native to the area, but so much of my life was spent down there. I know that area and it’s ppl like the back of my hand. You need any info on anything from Moss Point to Bay St Louis, just let me know!
