and very "movie" game too. There's no escaping it, it's a movie game with RPG gameplay. It ain't Persona which is visual novel esque. Idk why you want it to not be seen as a game that has movie like elements in the story telling.

The gameplay itself is very gamey. They aren’t trying to make you feel like you are playing a movie.
And the total amount of cutscenes in the game is much lower than your average movie game.
7 hours of cutscenes in game you can finish in 25 hours is a movie game breh.
Gameplay itself being "gamey" doesn't mean anything that's just how the game plays.
No different from Spider-man which is very button mashy and combo oriented in gameplay.

E33 takes ~29 hours. So by ratio it has half the cutscenes of Spidey2
But even then, that’s not accurate because lots of the E33 video you posted is actually gameplay because as i said above E33 storytelling is gameplay focused. Lots of the story presentation happens during and through gameplay as opposed to non interactive cutscenes.

0:00 to 3:18=Movie
3:18 to 6:05=Fight
6:05 to 10:00=Movie
10:00 to 11:50= fight then they take control away from you again for 30 seconds of movie moments.
12:20 to 14:20 =fight
14:20 to 20:00=Movie
So in a 20 minute boss fight you spent almost 14 minutes watching the shyt and they took control away from you 3 times.
