Resurrection, LWFC, and Be are pretty much classics. Electric circus and One day it will all make sense are personal classics to me as well.

What makes it even more impressive is that each one of his classics was him completely reinventing himself artistically. Dude has one of the best discographies in all of hip hop.

LWFC & Be are dope but not classics.

I can remember Be did have come impact in the game though when it first got released.

Be Intro is forever a classic though :wow:

They are definitely great benchmarks in his career. From thuggish shyt on “can I borrow a dollar”, to the introspective, to soulquarian, to the “backpack”, back to esoteric, to beyond!

I dont think Common has any classics, but Resurrection is the closest.

Common would have had an amazing discography if he had stayed within his strengths. He went out of pocket way too many times and because of that I think future generations are going to miss out on his greater works
