Dig that but i dont know if people were more up on get it in where you fit in than cocktales

Like I said, the major reason I feel that way is because "Blowjob Betty" is on Get In Where You Fit In.

To put it in context - everybody and their mama TO THIS DAY wants a copy of Dr. Dre and Snoop's original
"The Next Episode" (the one with the "Go On And Cry" sample) in clear CD quality, right?

Imagine if Snoop's next album comes out and that's on it - niccas would go nuts.
That's what it was like for "Blowjob Betty" to be on Get In Where You Fit In.

gettin it.. and get in where u fit in....contains 2 of the best goldy verses ever..he stole the show twice..

when the niggs snorted after wart hogs...:scust:

Bruh...I STILL know all of those verses by heart. The one on "Givin' Up The Funk", too.

Goldy is one of my favorite rappers that is not one of anyone elses' favorite rappers.

That sounds like a good thread idea...

High school, Goldy's verse had us all rollin

These albums used to have trunks lit.

You ever heard his first album? Wasn't like In The Land, but it had a couple cuts on there, he had a tight collab with Richie Rich on there.

Respect the good & understand the bad
I grew up on Too Short, and all the albums listed are personal classics to me

The intro and mid-song (3:15) skits on this by Mark Curry are :russ: His hype man :deadmanny:

Lot's of his work hasn't aged that well but it's crazy how good his socially conscious songs were and I still bump them to this day :wow:

He speaks on how he got pigeonholed into being just a strip club rapper and how he wants to do release a socially aware album before he retires in this article

Too Short Says There Was An Industry-Wide Plot To Shut Down Conscious Hip Hop
