1.) Phase 1: Load Dishwasher and Washing Machine and spray tubs with bathroom cleaners.

Pick up all dirty clothes and put them into the washing machine. Put all dirty dishes in the sink or dish washer. Spray all tubs with strong bathroom cleaner. While the bathtub is soaking, dishes and clothes are washing, you can do other tasks.

2.) Phase 2: Clearing the area-Pick up all trash and put it in a trash bag. Bottles, wrappers, napkins, receipts, old mail, tissues, paper cups/plates, plastic wear ect.

Put all items on surfaces away into drawers. Nothing should be on the floor or countertops or surfaces. Fold up clean clothes and put them away. Hang up all coats.

3.) Phase 3: The wipe down. Pick a surface cleaner of your choice (I.e. vinegar, all-purpose cleaner, lyesol,) and wipe down ALL SURFACES. Get the cracks where grime lives. Behind the toilet. Wipe em down. For wood furniture, get some lemony Pledge!
wipe down that wood! Make it shine! Get the dust bunnies from the blinds.
4.) Phase 4: Sweep and vaccum!- Sweep out all areas without carpet. Bathrooms and kitchen floors. Then vacuum!

5.) Bathtub should be clean unless it’s really dirty because that cleaner I posted above is STRONG. If you leave it on for 30 mins, it’ll eat away most dirt. You might not even have to scrub. But if you do need to get those rings around the tub,

6.) Put dishes away. Turn on Netflix and fold laundry while binge-watching a show.

7.) Light some incense. Chill. Invite your chicks to the crib to show it off.

YOSH!

Edit: I almost forgot-CHANGE YOUR NASTY ASS SHEETS ONCE A WEEK! Gross!

I don't clean my crib cause I don't let it get dirty.
This is a zen master level skillset.

Im not there yet. My crib never gets too dirty but I have a habit of leaving a trail of clothes from the door to the bedroom or leaving dishes out for later. Also I have a lot of hair so it sheds on the bathroom floor when I brush or comb it. So I have to do some weekly upkeep. But little daily cleans is the way to go so it doesn’t pile up.

Leave 30 mins.

Rinse.

Repeat for another 30 minutes and repeat.

If necessary then follow up with Comet and a scrubber like the ones pictured above.

Other reasons to clean your crib

Dead skin and dust on sheets
Mite-y Gross
All those dead cells pile up on your sheets in between washings. Tiny dust mites love to feed on the shed cells. The critters and their droppings can trigger allergies, asthma, and cause your itchy eczema to flare. If you're allergic to dust mites, wash bedding every week in hot water..

Vacuum and do laundry often so that you don’t get carpet beetles.

They don’t bite but do cause allergic reactions and rashes.

So many chemicals :picard:

Good thread, but switch over to all natural products. Or make your own:wow:
Yeah I gotta do better about this. I’m even conditioned to like the smell of chemicals.:pachaha:Ammonia should not turn me on.:deadmanny:

I do use vinegar from time to time. What are some of your favs?
