You're gonna honestly pick and choose stats to try and make a case for what a city brings as a whole?
Green Bay has a lower crime stats on top of lower unemployment. Does it make it a better city than Cleveland? If I cherry picked as you did I'd be inclined to say yes, but I've been there as well and it wouldn't be a better place to spend your time.
Secondly, again I've been to all of them, and in terms of quality of life the other cities blow away Cleveland. What makes good quality of life? Not just employment and crime,
but recreational, transportation, night life, etc. Cleveland is a boring ass place, and ranks near last among cities in the Midwest that I have been to.
Lastly, Global City Index has Chicago Top 10 in all of the WORLD. Cleveland is nowhere close, was never close, and will never be that close. It fell the same way all midwestern cities did: failed to adapt post-industrial era.
