What I’m learning is that when you build your career on collabs you can’t return to that catalog. Thats why Pusha might lowkey be so mad. His last decade basically can’t be performed cause he hates Kanye. He essentially has to create a new catalog.
This is the same thing that happened to Thug/Gunna/Baby etc.
Fortunately Drake’s catalog doesn’t need most of the nikkas he collaborated with…but even Ross has to perform his major hits that are with Drake.
Yeah they all grew up together
Malice dissing Chad makes zero sense
Pharrell did wrong by Chad and now Malice dissing Chad for Pharrell’s wrong doing
If that ain’t the definition of ass backwards, I don’t know what is
@Awesome Wells you see this?![]()
Chad going to courts wasn’t a good look to me. So far, there’s never been a money issue so I understand why thought Pharrell was trying to snake him. He got that white wife and new baby, she is in ear. Now he is on the outs.Chad is the one saying Pharrell did him dirty but Pharrell is refuting it so we don’t know who is in the wrong but the Clipse supporting Pharrell and being vocal about it speaks volumes.
pusha clearly wont be performing anything from his good music career going forward.what do you mean he can't perform anything from the past decade because he hates Kanye? That's exactly what he's been doing all along? Perform songs from his whole career.

Saturn is way bigger so if that what hes reffering to that Pee is larger than Neptunes have ever been i agree, hes a household name by himself due to various reasons but not necessarily hip hop production. So if hes throwing a line just to say thanks to Pee for still backing the Clipse after all these years, i get it.
Personally dont like it and considering how much they put value on their rep and conduct shouldve left that off, its the opposite of the respectability they claim.
Track is dope though, album shoud be fuego at this rate, that John Legend chorus is probably gonna irk me though, hes got such a forced heartfelt style that just doesnt work for me, even moreso in this case...

It's a bigger planet for sure, so I think that's why some are taking it that way. Also, in Roman mythology, Saturn is the father of NeptuneI didn’t take that as a shot at Chad.
Just a planet word play
Is Saturn supposed to be a better planet than Neptune or some shyt![]()
I sort of agree, but it can't be surprising for people to read into it considering the song has obvious shots at other people, and the fact that Saturn is Neptune's father as well as a larger planet lolMe neither. It’s just addressing the situation. Ain’t no more Neptunes.
Clipse have put on lyrical bulk while selling weight, but the Neptunes have only shed pounds. It seems that the dynamic duo has been trimmed to one—partner-in-rhyme-backing Chad Hugo isn’t credited on any of the album tracks—and sole survivor Pharrell opted for “Paid in Full” style minimalism. It’s a bulimic sound, drenched in bile. Most of the beats are pounded flat into hard, flawless two-bar phrases that loop relentlessly, making “Hell Hath No Fury” even tighter. .
“Hello New World” is probably the best track Pharrell has mixed in a couple of years (apart from “Trill,” this recording’s knives-out club banger). Simple synth string lines surge and disappear, stabbing through the sounds of a protesting bass drum and a cracked cowbell.
pusha clearly wont be performing anything from his good music career going forward.
Thats multiple projects and features on Kanye related work
Well here he is at Coachella just a couple of weeks ago doing stuff he did with Kanye, just be sure to let him know he's not supposed to be doing that stuff anymore going forward mmkay?
True. Pharrell can't pull that sound off alone, without Chad.
Like someone else said in this thread, he's pretty much been making the same 2-3 beats for a minute now. I'm more worried about the production on this one, than I am the lyrics. But we'll see. I'm trying to stay hopeful.
