I listened to it on Spotify on my computer. I skimmed through HHNF afterwards and went back to this album and it looks like they changed So Be It to the music video version.

I'm listening to it right now.

That validation you're speaking of is telling that fan he's listening to quality music. All of the arguments you see online surrounding sales are made to either tell you I'm a fan of somebody that is great that sells alot or your artist doesn't sell much therefore he's trash.

And it's stupid discussing sales on artists like the Clipse who aren't really trying to break out of their niche. They're going to try to sell as much as they can to their core, and they're not gonna stray far from the music they make to bring in more. They've made a nice living for themselves in that.

It may be pointless to bring up numbers where the Clipse are concerned, but its been brought up on the thread even by the fans. I'm sure the numbers will be discussed further in regard to first week after tonight.

The Clipse existed in a weird space because Lord Willin' dropped at the height of Neptunes dominance. Clipse spent like 1.5 years on MTV in heavy rotation from "Grindin" to "When The Last Time" to "Ma I Don't Love Her" to "What Happened To That Boy" to Justin's debut single. Their numbers never reflected that. There were artists with less who were performing about the same or better, which is why I never got the "overachieving" argument where they were concerned. That was the point I was making.
