This is some dumb ass swagnificent shyt right here..

Nobody will ever take an MLB #1 overall what are you stupid?

Clowney is a pass rusher and a freak and they will always take precedence over some Inside LB albeit a good one..

Clowney will be fine...

Mack is an OLB....He was a better pure football player...But your right no one would take a LB over a potentially hall of fame DE/OLB with game changing abilities we can't knock them now should they of traded down I think they should of but whose to say they even got good offers.

you sure don't....The NFL is a league where I'd value trading down for depth more so than the NBA....They could of possibly come out with Mack and Carr.

Dude was never going to do anything playing a linebacker position in the first place...

until he plays a defensive end position we are never going to know how good he can be...

But yeah...a team dumb enough to put an all time great college defensive lineman at linebacker...is definitely dumb enough to rush him back after a pretty serious injury...

I feel this..

He is a classic hand in the dirt pass rushing DE..
They are asking him to play OLB and drop in coverage at times :what:

Thats one of the reasons why I didnt want him to go to Houston unless they were goin to switch to a 4-3

Exactly...

Dude has...maybe now had...one of the most explosive first steps off the line of scrimmage I seen in a minute...

Really his biggest asset was that he came off the line so freakishly fast that the lineman blocking him can't even get out of his stance completely...game over before the game even starts...

I watched him play in preseason...completely lost in pass coverage...they just ran a ton of screens and in routes around him...

Coming from the OLB position...1st step doesn't matter since his hand isn't in the dirt and that little bit of space is going to consistently allow the lineman to get his feet set correctly blocking him...

When they drafted him I instantly thought "so they going to a 4-3":leon:

Nope...still a 3-4...

Dumbest decision in football...that's like taking Sammy Watkins and playing him exclusively in the slot...

And don't even get me started on these fools saying they were going to rush him from the same side as Watt sometimes...

Nobody beats more double teams as effortlessly as Watt does...so he doesn't need any help on his side...so why on earth would you need to put Clowney over their to do what...?

Horrible organization from top to bottom...

Traded for their supposed Franchise QB in Mallet then let him continue to play in the game after he tore his fukking pectoral muscle...IN WARMUPS:damn:
