So I guess if your team is up 3-0 and going for the sweep, that game counts as an elimination game for you? lol. People post whatever stats just to show their biases.

Elimination games are when Bron pretends his elbow is hurting so the Cavs lose to the celtics.
You get can offended and butt hurt by facts all you won't. Still won't change them. :ohhh::jawalrus:

And where's your proof he was faking an injury? I guess you're one of those fanboys who haven't turned on the TV since 2010.

Why would a game you're up 3-0 count as an elimination game

Its when your team could be eliminated :snoop:

Those are not the entirety of elimination game stats. Those stats are from games in which your team is facing elimination. Those numbers would look different if we're talking about close out games when you have a chance to eliminate the other team, but you can't be eliminated.

So basically this stat is saying, best performance in a losing effort (more often than not). I was trying to figure out why Shaq's numbers weren't out of this world. This basically discounts all that damage he did from 99-03 because his team wasn't in a position to go home.

Don't the games when you team is facing elimination tell the most about you though? It's one thing to beast when you are clearly the better team and it's time to put an inferior team to bed. Beasting when the season is on the line and you are going against a team that is at the very least as good as your team and at most clearly better is a whole different level. Winning and losing is a function of how good your squad is vs. how good the opponent is. How you as an individual perform in that circumstance is all on you and it can say a lot about a player. Your true character, abilities, heart is revealed when shyt gets thick.

Why is it trash? 'Cause it's facts? Is this site that used to trolling, shock factor and propaganda that when they see facts they dismiss it immediately?

Oh so you asking with your alias account on why this shyt is trash?

The shyt you posted is coli-propaganda. And it's lazy stat posting to boot. This thread is pretty much like 95% of stat related topics created on here.

I think this is fair thread

Jordan is known to be a great playoff player and "closer" but he had a rough start just like most young players...however 90 and beyond there's no one you wanted the ball in his hands more than Jordan during clutch time. Most guys who are on this board or even frequent the internet like that are 50 and below (probably 40 and below in age) so the Jordan they grew up on was the 90's Jordan, not necessarily the 80's Jordan whose Bulls team were consistently beaten in the playoffs.

Nah, breh. What this tells me is what nikkas did with their backs against the wall.

On the road to riches, and championship rings, real nikkas do real things. :yeshrug:

Currently, I'll give you that. All-time, :childplease:

:aicmon: LeBron is over Kobe all time and it's not even close. Don't bother responding because I won't read it. It's NOT EVEN CLOSE. No argument at all.

Kind of like in 20 years brehs gonna be saying Dwight is a better defender than Dream, because Dwight has more DPOYs. Anyone who has seen both players know that's bs.

I watched both and I think you're sleeping on Dwight. fukk last year, when he was in Orlando (and healthy) he was an absolute monster on the defensive end. Hakeem is one of my all time faves and my Muslim brother so no bias at all.

Obviously like you said, competition was different but you play whose on the other team. I don't see any legitimate argument that rates Dwight anything less than 9/10 on defense. It wasn't against D. Rob and Shaq, but dominating is dominating and Dwight dominated. What more can you ask? :yeshrug:

Whatever about Lebron and Kobe, since you've already stated you're not open to debate.

Regarding Dwight, I've watched countless Orlando games and yeah, it's not Dwight's fault he plays in a no-center era, but no way can I be impressed by him "shutting down" power forwards and Tyson Chandlers. Plus he's always been way too foul prone, and that's against players who don't even have post moves. Dude wouldn't last a half-time against 90s centers. And we all saw how he "dominated" in the Finals against Gasol.
