This why all that "he's living his dream. You'd never get in the octagon" talk is stupid.

A mill to train for a year and a half and then a 2 minute beat down? What every day non millionaire would turn that down? :heh:

Anyone would do that if given an opportunity that they didn't deserve

This. It was all about the money.

He's living his dream regardless of anything else, nothing stupid about that and no amount of salt is gonna change it.

Punk isnt an everyday non-millionaire, thats the point. He's a star. If he wasnt then no one would care, and if everyone could step in there and get a million dollars for 2 minutes, plenty of people would. But they cant. So be mad, I guess.

I'm not mad , just pointing out how stupid the argument is ppl were making when ppl were laughing at him.

He can be clowned, jokes can be told. He doesn't get the kid gloves treatment because he wasn't good. That's backwards

But the argument isnt stupid and I just explained why. Saying he didnt deserve the spot is wrong when he was offered it, its always been his dream and it apparently drew a bunch of money... so what's the problem?

That ppl are expecting everyone to look at this as some heroic uplifting feat and too many ppl are going with the "You wouldn't have the balls to do it" shyt.

He took a cash grab and anyone would do it and literally anyone could match his performance.

That's just neckbeard hater talk. Punk can do no wrong ever. :troll:

The difference between punk and the average non millionaire, is that he didn't do it for the bread. son did it to test himself, while a regular person is looking for a come up. Not that theres anything wrong with that.

Its not as if Punk knew he was gonna get paid that much, and was hurting for cash

You're not making sense. If it was that simple, everyone would do it, no? Why dont you quit your job and start training so you can make an easy cash grab like Punk?
