To the main point, balance should never be the goal when reporting the news, facts and objective truths should be the goal

There's only one way to report a news like that, which is person B is wrong

If they are catering to both sides then they wouldn't report that person B is wrong because person B would always be wrong. That's the issue here. And why we got media outlets going with one side or the other in the first place. Crazy to see this. Was watching CNN last night and they kept saying the media along with other's wants the judge in FL to unseal the Trump affidavit even though doing so could hinder the case and endanger those who have cooperated with the Feds. And even endanger the Feds for that matter.

MSNBC tried this foolishness years and years ago trying to be Fox-lite and it didn't work then. And CNN has already tried this and didn't work for them either.

Not even close. There are/were other issues with WarnerMedia outside of CNN/Cuomo that resulted in that company getting sold. That wasn’t the straw that broke the camel’s back and it was going to change direction when they gold sold.

Agree with this. The line between news/editorials has been blurred for decades, but modern era doesnt even pretend anymore.

Easier to pick up on slant/bias when reading a news story.

They want CNN to be the middle channel in between MSNBC and Fox but ultimately being in the middle means being honest.
What CNN wants to do is ignore all instances of criticizing the conservative republican government because Trump has attacked them so much for bias

CNN is just tired of being the whipping boy for “fake news” They don’t care for real. They’re last in the ratings and just want to get them ratings up. When people realize that these personalities jump around all these stations everything will be ok. People treat these mainstream news network battles like gang wars.. meanwhile if a staffer gets fired from Fox News, he or she would go right to CNN if they wanted them or vice versa.

ALSO I just laugh when people have all these criticisms of these networks but don’t be actually watching them. I’m a local news guy and will advocate for that over the MSM all day. I stopped watching them networks years ago. Local news matters more because you get to see the shyt that’s directly affecting you right now. People wonder how a Starbucks ended up in the hood but don’t know that they’re about to be kicked out soon due to gentrification. Watch the local news and you’d know.
