this article acts like most of these broke incels are really the #1 threats to society :stopitslime:

99% of these guys are probably more of a threat to themselves than anyone around them.

By in large most of the men this article is talking about will go to some shyt job for a few hours a day, come home eat a bowl of cereal, play several hours of video games with some redpill podcasts in the background, beat their meat to some porn, swipe on dating apps and get no matches, watch tv, then beat their meat again and go to sleep and do it all again the next day

and dumb ass articles like this will just further ostracize an already struggling group of men

Scott Galloway is usually on point, but the article is lacking context and barriers to solutions.

Young, broke, single men have caused civil unrest multiple times in history...Bolshevik revolution, French revolution, collapse of the Weimar Republic, and dozens of other examples. I don't think the US is that far along, but there are definite undertones.

Article should've been titled differently and carried more nuance...but I'm starting to look at CNN like Fox News, so I'm not surprised.

This is facts. I would add that if they have a career that is making them money and a wife at home, then they definitely are less likely to pull some shyt. Too much to lose and too many people depending on you.
That Raymond Spencer dude had a lot of guns

I wanna know what led up to it and his story

Must have cost a lot

America needs a FDR type President right now

Calling a spade a spade, I see articles like this as a form of social engineering which is why I see the left and right as 2 sides of the same coin.

Radicalism is a problem that needs to be addressed, but when you're speaking to the population at large it is not something that should be used to judge those who are struggling. What percentage of people struggling to get a relationship, make ends meet, get a home etc. are out in the streets committing mass murder?

I view articles like this as trying to dissuade people from airing their grievances due to fear of being associated with the out group. You see this shyt in effect when people behave like temporarily embarrassed millionaires. They'll deny the issues that exist because they're afraid of people thinking they're poor.

They aren't committing mass murder until they are...it's not a graduation; it's a light switch.

Yup.

Throughout history when you have a group of young men rejected by society - these are how rebel armies were formed, tribes broke off, nations got overthrown. etc etcc

Men always resort to that ancient expression of masculinity - which is violence and conquering.

And things like "nationalism" are fading away as the world becomes more connected, so alot of men dont have that sense of identity anymore like centuries ago.

People don't realize that nationalism is ok.

For real. These dudes already going through it and on top of that you got articles like these kicking them while they're down. Cold world for a broke man :wow:

This is my problem with how things are in this generation. People cannot even suffer in silence these days as the people who are complicit in it are determined to have them vilified.

It would be interested if the article focused on the need for corporations to pay people a wage that they could live on. If the article focused on the need to encourage open events and what not.

It won't do those things because the agenda is putting the blame on the individual and not how society is structured. I suspect they want to remove focus from the latter because they are shills.

this what I hate about the current system, the corporations causing these issues bring awareness without actually changing anything.

EDIT: I just read the article, it wasn't that bad ,but its not saying anything most people who go to cnn.com don't already know. The problem is that doing these things are a lot easier said than done. I would be interested in the background of the person who wrote this article to see if they lived the lifestyle of people they are preaching to.

1) Start making money. We live in a capitalist society. The way to make a lot of money is by just starting to make some.

2) Get super strong. You want to be fit, you want to lift heavy weights and run long distances in your mind and in the gym. You should be able to walk in any room and believe that you can eat everybody's lunch -- or at least outrun them.

3) Finally, get out there: Church groups, softball league, riding class, whatever. Commit to meeting people, and quite frankly, try to have sex.

Similar has been echoed on the Coli many times, I knew men are lost when the pushback comes in the form of :dwillhuh: or :pacspit:
