I really don't understand the way people are buying the idea that Cody would go back to WWE considering there is no way in hell that WWE will give Cody the kind of creative freedom he has become accustomed to.
AEW basically allowed Cody to create his own corner of the company where he could do just about anything that came into his or his wife's heads with no oversight.

Yea and it was fukking trash... CAWdy would be better with someone else booking for him. Maybe he's just ready to get some WWE money and chill and worry less about booking.
