Cody is a prime example of when someone gains some clout and lets it go to their head. He believes he's a HUGE deal... but he's really not and that's the problem

I think it would've been a really bad look if Cody (or The Bucks/Kenny) had left AEW in the first 2 years but the company is established now and they have such a large roster of talent now that one of the 3 EVPs leaving at the end of their contract is just business and not the sign of the sky falling it would've been at an earlier point.
