i'm fully converted to Timothy Horton's, Starbucks occassionally. Had to throw Dunkin Donuts in the bushes about 5-6 years ago. They even have Timothy Ho's in the hood now.

As much as i love coffee that shyt runs right through me 
The funny thing is, coffee (maybe because I drink with cream/milk) makes me use the bathroom.As much as i love coffee that shyt runs right through me
But if I go through a period of drinking too much coffee (3 cups or more a day), I notice I don't go as often and I don't lose weight as fast.
So lately I'm sticking to 1 a day, maybe 2 if it's in the afternoon...and just drink water.
I have this metal water bottle at my desk...it's probably like 24 ounces? I think I fill it up like 6 or 7 times a day.

Dunkin also tastes disgusting to me. It has an oily taste to it. Like they didn't wash out the filters ina long time.

I actually enjoy MdDonalds McCafe lattes, surprisingly.
I've been currently on a Gevalia kick. I go ham on their $5 sales and stock up. They recently had their Royal Vinter for $3 and I copped a few boxes. I haven't tried it yet. I stay on their Creme' Brule', Mocha, and the Chocolate Trufle ....
