I only do the Starbucks route when I get free giftcards from family members.

I actually enjoy MdDonalds McCafe lattes, surprisingly.

I've been currently on a Gevalia kick. I go ham on their $5 sales and stock up. They recently had their Royal Vinter for $3 and I copped a few boxes. I haven't tried it yet. I stay on their Creme' Brule', Mocha, and the Chocolate Trufle ....

That sucks. I never get that reaction, but some people do.

I read somewhere that coffee is a great metabolism booster and good for exercise...but that once you put milk/sugar in it, you ruin it's qualities
