Let’s be reality.
Cole wasn’t apologizing for anything he said.
He was apologizing for aligning himself with a bytch ass Muthafukka.
If you can’t see that by now I don’t even know what to tell you.
This.
This ain't 2013 anymore, Drake is an insecure man child and he really wants to destroy Kendrick, but it's not only in a rap battle. J. Cole realized this ain't no friendly fire, it's a Hip-hop cold war. Whatever you say about multiple rappers gang up against 1 pop rapper, you'd be a fool if you believe Drake's side is the good side.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
Why would you when "Like That" is still #1?

Song came out damn near a month ago, Drake responded, the song is still #1....

It makes no logical sense to respond right now. Hell, they should shoot a video for "Like That".

Fred.
Nahhh. This lil nikka gets TOO many passes for jumping out the window and not following up.

Cee-Lo Green dropped a diss on his fellow Goodie Mob members 20 years ago. He didn't apologize for it, but he prefaced it with he didn't really feel like doing it, but still committed to dropping the diss:

Yeah (Yeah)
(Southside, ho)
Usually, I don't get even into all this battle-rap shyt and all that
(Southside, ho)
Y'know'm'sayin'? shyt's stupid
(Southside, fukk nikka)
But I'm gon' address it
(Southside, ho)
And after I get it off my chest, may God bless it, nikka
(Southside, fukk nikkas)
I will invest four minutes exactly
(Southside, ho, yeah)
For everyone who had the audacity to attack me

^^^ what Cole should've did.

My guy it hasn't even been ONE WEEK yet. :gucci:

I'm legit confused. What is this sudden obsession rap fans have with responding as fast as possible? I know it started with Drake but that shyt should've been deaded when he never responded to Pusha T, at all.

When Kendrick responds no one is going to care if he took days, or months, as long as the diss is good. That's how it's always been.

I'm sure if the internet was that it is now in 2001. Nas would have been getting clowned heavy for not responding to Takeover for months.
Then once he dropped that shyt everyone would have been back on his sack pause.

We already know Kendrick doesn't play these internet games.
He doesn't rush with his albums you really think he going to rush with some rap beef shyt?
Hell I genuinely don't think we are getting a response anytime soon even if Drake back to backs him.

I get it he called him out so he definitely gotta respond at some point.
Like you said as long as it's good I'm cool with the wait.

And if it's mid after the wait that's on him.
I'm sure he knows the anticipation has been built up so if he doesn't come correct people will clown him.:manny:
