Where them Bentley pics?

But i gotta agree with my dude @philmonroe ...BMW's are dime a dozen, why get that when u can say you rollin in the Bentley. That's stuntin to me. Hell have you even discussed the straight cash option with ya boy, might make a difference in the final price and that always makes a hot car even hotter.

How much you think it might cost to maintain on a yearly basis? The Audi?

What maintenance? :win:

I've driven Audi since 2009. Seriously, my 3.2 A6 rarely needed anything outside of oil changes. I put over 100k on it, spent less than 1000$ over 4 years, outside of brakes and oil changes. Those small Audi engines are the truth. That's why they made that 3.2 for so long. Now my A8L is a different story, just an expensive car.

There's no way he's gonna give it up for $30K straight cash, I was shocked was selling it so low, I think he picked it up for around $120K, if I remember correctly, which even that price I thought was a good deal. He got married, that's the only reason he's selling it. I could ask him for pics, but it's the same as any old GT, same reason why I didn't post pics of the 645.

Do the 2010 A5s still have the CVT transmission? That sh*t was so cold back in the day :noah:

Well google a pic that it looks like for me, i don't seen Bentleys at all in my hick town so i'm curious. But yea i figured he wouldn't take the 30k cash and i don't know how close of friends yall are but surely he could take the 30k and work something out on payments for the rest that way you dodge that interest on a loan. :manny:

OP... whether Beemer, Benz OR Bentley...just make sure your pockets never empty fam....i.e. Big boy wheels tend to severely deflate wallets as time goes on!

Do your homework & if it feels like a sound 'investment' then run with it, most bruddahs out here in the UK tend to keep a flashy car say 2-3 winter tops, then get rid of the car...rinse & repeat the process with some new Ting on the scene!

Don't know how easy it is to do this in your neck of the woods:manny: so yea good luck on picking either the British or the German wheelz!

Yeah breh, thanks for the advice. With the 645, I'll own it cash, and still have some reserves for maintenance. With the GT, I'll still owe money, and I imagine since they sell so much less in volume, maintenance is going to be a bit high, so I am strongly leaning towards the 645. But it might be the only chance I get to buy a GT for a minute though, I can't be coppin' new cars every summer, I ain't got it like that :to: I really appreciate y'all advice though, much love and respect.

Sound Reasoning
I wouldn't say its a good or bad thing as long as you have the money and the lifestyle to actually go along with such a purchase. Personally, I wouldn't buy a Bentley-type of car until my mortgage was paid off, all my debt is paid off, I already have a nice DD and I'm sitting on some serious investments/money to the point where I'm good no matter what happens.

To me, buying a Bentley says more about what you have besides the car than the car itself. Same thing with other cars. You ever see how dumb someone looks when they have a brand new BMW or Audi or Benz but live in a studio apartment or even a small one bedroom? Well, the line goes up that much higher when we're talking about a Bentley. If you're driving a Bentley, then you need to have a nice place and nice money to go along with it or people are going to be taking props instead of giving them...as they should.

Why not get something like a Corvette or classic sports car for cash?

Peace

More than anything you can still kind of squeeze 4 in a 645 convertible, can't really do it in a Corvette. :manny: But yeah breh, my thoughts exactly, I should have a paid off penthouse before buying such a car. Maybe a Shelby Mustang? I don't know, I was thinking European.
