Congrats. You can definitely get that time down if you work at it with interval work. And maybe look into if you can improve your form if youve only kind of just picked it up because you liked it.
Thanks breh. I did exactly that to achieve my recent time. I’m planning on running a sub 20 in a couple months after I knock out this Half Marathon next month which I’m currently training for (aiming for under 1:40)
