FYI it's that time of year when Amazon makes it super easy to get into certain gated categories. Just got approved for clothing, jewelry, shoes & handbags, luggage and watches. Get in while you can. I use to be murder trying to get into those categories. Today's approval didn't even require any receipts.

I was going to create an account yesterday but didn't know what to pick between private person or business i dont want to get fukked over in the future since you cant change it. what did you guys pick?

I was just going to ask about this. Is applying for these categories something that requires you to already be selling, or could I apply now, having just made my account?

Idk I created mines long ago. But I believe I did switch at some point b/c I am business now. It is hard to say b/c my account is pretty old so some rules don't apply to my account. For example I can get daily payouts.

I'm new to all this, but based on the breakdown it seems more advantageous to go the business route if you're going to be selling more than a few items. Individual is 99 cents per sale, while business is $40 per month flat fee and you can sell as much as you want.
