I don’t understand the concept of begging for a tip that isn’t compulsory.

The buyer will get a refund for the missing food and the driver still won’t get a tip, so what has been accomplished here?

Now you have people "tip-baiting" where they offer a high tip to the delivery driver to deliver the order and then changing up the tip right after they deliver it. The drivers be with the fukkery though sometimes, so I can see why some people take the tip away.

i usually chose my tip amt after they drop the food depending on how late they are or if they come to my door
