Doing it for my dad, because he's going in for surgery, but gotta drop some pounds. I'm starting it first to show him it's no big deal. The goal is a month or two. I brought two packs of them nasty ass boost drinks. Gonna go ham on some chicken broth after work. Gatorade and gum for my work snacks smh. Any tips?

Get you a blender, hit the whole foods market, you in there breh.

I don't understand why people do these bullshyt juice and liquid diets...unless you are pushing 45, you have time to turn around bad eating habits by changing your food lifestyle...just eat right. Simple as that. Funny thing is that most that do these dangerous and ridiculous diets end up gaining all their weight back or going right back to eating and drinking fast food and shyt

Drink water all day long and you will never be thirsty again. I haven't felt real thirst in years because I sip water all day...Eat baked and frilled foods...learn to cook...buy frssh fruit and vegetables. Snack moderately, and be active. That's all you need unless you have a serious thyroid issue

I don't know your exact reasoning for going liquid, just some health tips breh

Now what's going to happen when you go back to eating real food? You'll gain the weight back. Just eat healthier, a little less, and exercise more often. These quick fix fads aren't the solution, shyt you'll probably end up gaining more weight when you go back to eating food, because you'll be making up for lost eating.

Same reason people believe a lot of things, misinformation based down from person to person

Liquid diets are a waste of time

Just eat a caloric deficit by like 500-800 thats all.
I agree this shouldn't be used for too long, unless of course you are really getting the best of the best. Moringa and other miracle plants. We only truly get hungry based on food addiction or malnutrition. Why else would we eat?

My advice, do it for a bit, get ya metabolism going, then continue to eat HEALTHY.
